1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or final sale items
• Damaged or worn items not caused by us

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return
• Refunds are made to the original payment method
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to our error)

5. Exchanges

We accept size/color exchanges based on availability. Please email support to request an exchange.
